What is Izzy's Smokehouse?

Welcome to IzzysPizza.com!

Beginning in June 2005 we proudly introduced, Izzy’s Smokehouse, to all Izzy’s Pizza Bar & Classic Buffet locations. Smokehouse is a method of smoking various items slowly over applewood chips to create a delectably smoke-flavored product that is juicy, tender, and full of flavor! Each location has an individual Smokehouse Smoker and all of our preparation is done in-house. Smokehouse products range from St. Louis Ribs to Chicken to Salmon. We’re continually creating new Smokehouse recipes and adding new Smokehouse items. Check out our Nightly Smokehouse Specials and come in to one of our 25 locations and try some today!
